Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
I love to travel and am happy to do so! Travel is complimentary within 50 miles of Hermann, MO, or Searcy, AR. Beyond that, mileage is charged based on the Missouri IRS rate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash is preferred, but all other forms of payments are made via Pixieset. There you can pay via credit card, debit card, Cash App, or Venmo.
Do you offer bundle deals or customizable packages?
Bundle deals are available and customized based on your needs. I’d love to chat and create the best option for you.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Photo turnaround varies by season. During busy months, delivery is typically 3–8 weeks; during slower months, 2–3 weeks. Feel free to ask at booking for a more specific estimate.
Do you require a deposit & contract to book a session?
A 10% deposit is required at booking to reserve your session, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. A signed contract is required for all sessions.
How many outfits are we allowed during our session?
Your session time is yours, and you’re welcome to bring outfit changes. Please note that changing outfits counts toward your session time and may affect the total number of images.
